These vegan cupcakes tasted AMAZING! I added the little “summer toppers” because birthday party was beach themed. I’m very happy that this place is so close to my house! I will definitely be trying other vegan options!
Adorable atmosphere with friendly faces that great you. Delicious food but my fav was the yummy iced coffee Laura made me. There are so many different options for those who need to eat this way, who just want to eat this way, or would like to try before buying all of the expensive ingredients to make for yourself at home. Prices are spot on for the time & material that it takes to make keto/sugar free/gluten free foods. Make sure you stop by and try a few things. And don't leave a nasty review because of taste- that's really not fair for such a custom type of food that has a much different taste than our chemical laden foods.
Safe and sweet is one of my favorite Lancaster Central Market stops when I’m trying to keep the sugar intake low but am craving something sweet! Her food doesn’t feel heavy or have a negative effect on my system it just makes me happy! And the owner is hard working self aware woman that just makes me want to support who she is and what she provides to the world. It’s not just about the food at Safe & Sweet. It’s about the good energy she brings to world as well.
Safe and Sweet has the tastiest guilt free desserts! I have tried the donuts, fat bombs, cupcakes, and my new favorite thing, salted caramel candy! The homemade sweets here would appeal to anyone. Keto is just a plus!
I cannot recommend this bakery highly enough. My go to stop for treats that feel like a cheat, but are actually healthy and good for you! Everything there is delicious, but the vanilla vanilla cupcakes, blueberry lemon scones and peppermint patties are my favorites! Actually, I also adore the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies too! Oh, I can't forget the chocolate caramels and the buckeyes, geez I can't forget the donuts! Like I said, everything is delicious there!
We’ve purchased a few items from SNS over the last year or so, & everything has been delicious! The zapple cookies, spinach pinwheels, garlic knots, cupcakes, cheesecake, & cookie sandwiches are all to die for. The texture on some items is a little different so if you go in close-minded you may be disappointed. For instance, the cupcakes are dense, not fluffy, but very moist and absolutely delicious. Same with the garlic knots. I’m pre-diabetic with PCOS so I do my best to stay away from added sugars, carbs, & sometimes dairy whenever I can as it’s supposedly inflammatory to those with the condition. I really really appreciate that I can come here and pick whatever I want since it’s all sugar free. My daughter also has abdominal migraines so we have to monitor her sugar intake. It sucks to have to say no to almost every treat but having SNS locally I’m able to swing in & pick her up something delicious. She loves the chocolate chip cookie sandwiches; they’re truly amazing so I understand why! I do wish they’d give some protein brownies a whirl. I bet they’d knock them out of the park! (& I’d be by each week ;) ) Now I just need to come by when there are cinnamon rolls. I’m dying to try one!
I’ve been a customer of Safe and Sweet pretty much since its inception. Laura and her crew do an exceptional job of going above and beyond for all their customers. Ive ordered custom Order items multiple times and they have been perfect every time. The white chocolate buckeyes and blueberry pop tarts are to die for! I also love that you can buy hard to find keto items that I would otherwise have to order online. In particular, I always know where to get my panko pork rinds, Rebel ice cream and ChocZero syrups! I also love that Laura is a homegrown girl and I've loved watching her and her business grow.
I went into this bakery yesterday- I started elimination of gluten, dairy, and egg about two weeks ago. I was craving pastry sweets and was shocked when I found this shop on Google, and less than 30 mins from me! I went in asking about any egg-free options, and the staff pointed out several vegan treats. I was so excited because I wasn’t expecting there to be so many options! I purchased a tagalong bar, blueberry poptart, and blueberry muffin. They were each so flavorful and moist, and the textures were so normal. I think the baker is very talented! I can’t imagine being able to create these pastries and desserts with such alternative, limited ingredients! This business is so needed. Thank you! 😊
I've been a customer of this establishment for about a year. They offer the BEST gluten free, diabetic friendly baked and prepared food along with made when order drinks. I can't say enough as to how delicious everything is! Plus, I'm always greeted with a smiling face and helpful staff worker named Becca. Please stop in and try what they have to offer!

They offer the BEST and only gluten free, keto baked and prepared food that I can find. All of the food I have had has been delicious. Stop in and try anything in the cafe or to go.
